Key elements for a bug report include of a quest item drop especially:

Server version (currently server version 9203). You can find this in the combat log when you log in, or, if you check the discord under Server Events -> Server Resets you can see the version. Quest name (check journal) and area name (mouse over character portrait in an area) if it was from a quest, or creature something was dropped from if not a quest.

In this case, we found this in:

Version: 9203
Quest: Lizardfolk Cave
Area: ZQA: Immersea, Lizardfolk cave (this is a guess, might be ZQA: Wyvernwater, Lizardfolk cave or the like)

I strongly disagree

It is an exotic weapon, and requires you take that feat though.

Yeah, likely a temporary hak issue, reset probly fixed it (heard it did)

fixed, can be closed

NPC seems to be there post reset

Map Desc: A Castle wall is depicted with a small forest path next to it, the path has four thin trees dotted along the middle of it and at the end an x is drawn next to what seems to be a worn crystal. Best you fetch a shovel or spade.
