1. One variant of the Bloody Vial loot has no spell attached to it.
2. One of the Mystery Meat drops has charges but no associated spell.
3. The journal entry reads:
ERROR, blank journal entry:

Note for Self: Doors on ancient temple also appear to have disappeared.
