Issue Description: During testing/building out of my wand and summoning spreadsheet discovered the Shadow summoning book (from Southhorns's Ancient Tower quest) is unusable by clerics (at least those with halfling/good domain). Could use a back end fix or a description clean up.

@Mr-Moloch It was fixed in this latest version (8783). Did get the following when putting items into the store, but they did show up in there:
Despite fixing the shop and being under new ownership this sign for Rifira's shop location is still broken / missing store description (says this shop is for hire when it is not, no description showing).
