@Mr-Moloch Treasure didn't turn up here during version 8340. But map wasn't removed.

@Mr-Moloch Ran the entire wailing slopes (server version 8840) there was 1 birch tree and no other plant/resource spawns in the rest of the zone/area. Not sure if Ice Lotus was planned for adding back in, but it would make sense in there as well.

@Mr-Moloch I was just in the (wailing slopes?) again to check for things and there were no spawns of plants or the like. A handful of monsters spawned in various locations. I also checked the southhorns before and there were no birch trees.
I'm open to helping rebuild southhorns, maybe we can connect to ensure I set off with proper instructions and come back with something that isn't chaotic unusable mess...

@Eraamion I learned draconic on Poppy from available nodes. Don't think any have been cut off from what she's accessed that I can think of.

Time: https://www.timeanddate.com/Issue Description: His non-quest dialog is all about being in Collinwood and it being alright compared to "Eveningscar" which is terrible. Now that he has fled to Eveningstar it's a bit goofy.
Perhaps adjust along the lines of:
Player: I heard you could tell me more about Collinwood?
Ritter: (A pained sigh) Fled to Collinwood to escape the troubles of Eveningstar. Neutral ground between Arabel and Cormyr, ye see? It wasn't much, but it was our attempt at scratching out a life. There was a lot of opportunity there before the Storm. Resources, the woods, and a pint at the Old Tressym did fine enough for me.
