Issue: The transition to the Moonsea Ride is hard to click. You can only get it in a small corner and at a certain camera angle. It is probably a bit too in the ground. We can WASD it easily though.
It should be clear this is something evil that will shift you. Not everyone will know what a bloodstone is. And also, it can be confusing because there is a gem called bloodstone in the vanilla game, and it is not our CoA evil soul-eating bloodstones.
Personally, I think items should not give alignment shifts.
If we do permit these sort of items, it should be 100% clear it will get your alignment shifted one way or another. Also, there should not only be items that shift you toward evil, but the other alignment too. However, this could be a can of worm we do not want to open.
The gryphons and hypogriffs are quite fan of dispelling. Avoid the weird green dogs at all cost. I do not know their name yet.
The ancient dire bears are pretty nasty as well. Bring a druid or ranger that can handle them.

According to the forums, they should only give the +2 vs disease and the +2 disc, but there are 31 charges on them. Were they meant to have a low level spell?
If yes, it is missing the spell.
If no, there are charges on it for some reason? Very minor bug then, causes no issue. Just seems weird.
