Water elementals do acid damage

Pretty sure water elementals should only do cold damage not cold and acid. This was on the Helmlands elemental quest, but the spawns were just called water elemental

Will add, some of the variant elementals also do this, such as on the pirates of Wyvernwater quest, and some natural spawns - like in the wyvernwater grotto.

@Satyrsfaction This appears to have been a purposeful choice rather than a bug. If there are concerns, feel free to open a suggestion thread. I'm agnostic on the damage types for elementals.
