Will add, some of the variant elementals also do this, such as on the pirates of Wyvernwater quest, and some natural spawns - like in the wyvernwater grotto.

I have tried both single target and group, so targeted and untargeted. Other enemies in the group ARE affected, though seem to be lower HD monsters overall. I have Extend Spell only as a metamagic feat.

Can confirm this to be the case, Sleep doesn't affect anything above level 8, believe this to be a bug considering the spell changes say with GSF Ench the HD limit should be removed!

I'm currently playing a char with GSF: Enchantment which is meant to removed the HD limit on the Sleep spell, but when attempted a cast on a bog-standard Level 9 Human, nothing happened, as in, no save, no text within the chat-log.

This happened with multiple castings, hostile on/off, short/long ranges etc.

Not sure if its a bug with the SF:Ench adding a +4 HD and the GSF Ench not properly removing the limit, but it doesn't seem to work, would test more if I could!

Several different stories ranging from the ribald and salacious to the gentle and romantic were spread, regarding a certain romance between a tall, red-skinned and draconic figure, with a local, but quite (in)famous knight!

Whilst some were coloured to make the imposing extraplanar traveller seem strong and powerful to the meek knight in comparison - more than a few did make the connection that the knight was now in fact, a tried and true dragon(s)layer.

Wherever these rumours sprung up, the jingling of bells wasn't far behind.

One of the items from the Kobold Stronghold quest in the Haunted Halls has an item name that is just a li'l janky.

A tall, but sickly looking woman in black and red armour was seen taking to the stage of the Historic District, stripping her chest bare of chain and linen and drawing the lash over her back. As onlookers either looked in horror, or squeamishly stared away, she stood, redressed, and strode confidently away, seeming taller and renewed at the rite's end.

This same pain-cultist passed words of a Maiden's Mercy, but how could any of what had been witnessed be called merciful?
