The memory stone "The Bound Horror" does not prompt the text dialogue at the library skull within the Frozen Tower. Probably missing a variable?

@Erebus Oops, I think that was suppose to be deleted since I never went with it as a thing. I'll go recheck my notes and fix next time I have the module. (This is mostly a note to self).
In the future, there are two simple rules to remember:
