Using the last charge on a Healing Kit stack consumes a completely unrelated stackposted in Closed Bugs
So I have several stacks of Healing Kit +10s.
These are the version with 5 charges each.Using the last charge off one of the stacks of healing kits seems to consume a completely different kit.
Leaving me with a missing stack of healing kit +10. And a stack that has 0 charges left -

It wasn't fly though.
At least not the way I've seen it implemented.
The fly ability that the wyverns have and I've seen the dragon-men people use is that they jump into the air and as an action they land down next to you.This was not that ability.

I had a Wyvern attack me out of stealth.
It was one of those fungal wyverns from the Lamella.Those definitely should NOT be attacking from stealth, as that could be a very lethal occurance

From what I understood, at least from my last conversation with Zool, is that the hallucinations are set up this way to avoid having to add real mechanical penalties to them.
The hallucinations are annoying, sure. But they are not actually detrimental.
If you increase the potency of the mushrooms, or reduce the effects of the hallucinations, then you may have to actually add in detriments to their use. Things like on-use: poison self. Or a percentage chance of becoming confused -

Time: https://www.timeanddate.com/So apparently I can access the quest area without having actually taken the quest. Im able to enter the quest and from what I can tell? (Ive never actually done this quest) the quest seems to function normally.
I was able to solo it (heavy consumable use). and my quest log updated about a dead missing noble.I try to take the quest after having completed it and I get called a cheater.
But I am not cheating, i am reporting this bug for you. -

It was in those treasure chests that get spawned from the Treasure Map items -
