Player made items is a bug, we'll double check the systems. But we need the plot item function for checks and balances.

orcs have been added
frost orcs and mountain orcs have their own special heads that are worth different amounts than 'normal' orcs
strong spear orcs now have better chance to drop heads than before

Water-soaked alchemical acorn. Having soaked in salt water for an unknown but expended period of time appears to have almost depleted the magic in this once potent alchemical wonder. And yet - some faint spark still seems to remain? Bark Skin (1): single use
