    This is what I set it to yesterday. Any existing ones can be ditched/swapped out for new ones.

    Also I interpreted it as 80% reduction reduced it by 80% thus a 1.0 would be 0.2 but apparently NWN and I think oppositely.

    Summons are not based on deity, race, or alignment.
    Default summons for everyone is animal.
    After that you can change summon theme with books.

    Why is this even a spell? Why is it not just a druid feat for Lv6+ druids?

    Because only Great Druids, should (and will) be able to control the weather (and other shenanigans) of the region close to grove. :face_savouring_delicious_food:

For the power up suggestion, even giving +1 AC, AB and damage to the summons per SF and GSF would've been enough to make an impact I think.

    Conjuration specialists get a buff to their summons so that’s already in place. Those really are the only “dedicated summoners.”
