Two copies of Viola Tanner exist. I was able to take the quest with the one on the south side and on completion, exited the transition and handed in by the North one.

There is a Dana in each district. I entered the house of the Noble District Dana and did the quest, on exit, I was in the Historic district and turned the quest in to the Historic District Dana.
Also of note, Historic District Dana's front door locks, Noble District's doesn't.

The climb check over the wall into the Manticore courtyard works, however you're trapped in the corner. Seems to be the washing line that blocks movement (second image)

Upon taking the quest, the door to Broken Bottle Shop auto closes and locks, unable to access the quest. Lock cannot be picked or opened with Knock.

Issue Description:
I was doing the Fey quest and the character was wounded to 1 hp (one of the Fey was only doing that much damage), he became paralysed but when struck again received a slow debuff, but also healed a HP. 
Ended up stuck in a loop unable to move except if the opponent missed an attack or two. The paralysis didn't seem to wear off if the slow debuff was in effect. Two successful hits of 1 damage did not reduce the character below 1, so never entered the bleeding out state. Eventually managed to time healing right with paralysis wearing off.
Character, Kenneth, is a Sorcerer, with 10 Con, he had 16 HP (Max HP seemed to work on him, rolled up after changes made).
