Dana in Noble District

Dana in Historic District

Issue Description:

There is a Dana in each district. I entered the house of the Noble District Dana and did the quest, on exit, I was in the Historic district and turned the quest in to the Historic District Dana.

Also of note, Historic District Dana's front door locks, Noble District's doesn't.
