Time: https://www.timeanddate.com/Issue Description: Gem cutting station gives message that you must possess a Set of Gem Crafter's Tools to use this device even when one is held in hand. Tried a chisel copied from the barrel near the station, tried one purchased from general goods vendor.
Note: I might have broken something when I modified another gem crafter's chisel?

Jewelry crafter tools are different from the gem cutting chisel.
I think those tools are sold either by the Jewelry NPC or the general store NPC -
This is what you need.
