new shops are live v8388
there are new NPCs for some shops
shops are:

alchemist blacksmith carpenter enchanter jeweler scribe scrimshander tanner-tailor tinkerer

some have bulk purchase available others dont
check the shops in the Gnome Federation workshop (those should all be up to date).

old shops will be available on NPCs that havent been updated yet.
