      Area name: Tessaril's Tower
Issue Location: All "light" areas of the quest
      Quest Name: Terraril's Tower
      Store Name: N/A
      NPC Name: N/A
      NPC Location: N/A
      Server Version:

Issue Description: All of the enemies in the "light" areas (radiance and motes) were already at injured or badly wounded when I entered the areas. In addition to this the end boss didn't spawn. I had to leave the quest out the door at the end then run through the whole quest again. I had to do this twice before the boss finally appeared.

they keep triggering the traps, happens to creatures on other quests too. i'll have to figure out what got changed with them

I think I can offer some insight- at least on the injured monsters.

I did this quest a day ago and noticed the light motes were able to trigger the traps in the area. That might be why? I've not had a chance to do it again to confirm that this was possible, but it seems possible.

redrew the trigger that spawns the boss

Did it today with no issues.

Character: Wouldnt you like to know?
Olouthitis: Character does awesome things for a few months, but inevitability hijacks an air ship and crashes it into an evil faction head quarters screaming battle cries.
