The Silverforge clan have an upstanding reputation among the dwarves, and were seen as a pioneering and entrepreneurial clan among their kin around 200 years ago as they set off to conquer the Galena Mountains in the name of Moradin.
They left to claim the riches of the Galena Mountains, to much fanfare of the dwarves of the Sembia and Cormyr. Brouan Silverforge has returned ostensibly to open up a new trading route to the Galena Mountains.
Equipped with a letter from Rickard, promising riches of the Galena Mountains to House Misrim, Brouan seeks to be a retainer of House Misrim, to assist their endeavours in the local area and open up a new avenue of trade for the Silverforge.
Unbeknown to the dwarfs of the region, the Silverforges are exceptionally greedy. Largely operating from the isolated Galena Mountains so that they can partake in all sorts of heretical behaviour. Openly displaying Abathor’s name and accomplishments, buying and selling slaves, and using any and all means to line their pockets. In the course of this pillaging, exploitation and enriching, they were cursed with lycanthropy by local druids after they destroyed a local grove (essentially becoming werepigs). When a Silverforge is about to steal, or enrich themselves, they begin to “turn” into a pig.
While the clan is torn between the boons this has bestowed upon them in terms of terrifying/misdirecting potential enemies, and the obvious blacklisting that would occur if other dwarves were to hear of this condition, the Silverforges have tasked Brouan to find possible cures, or ways in which the curse might be tempered (or enhanced). House Misrim and Arabel selected due to its pariah status among the other realms, and the pariah status Misrim holds among the people of Arabel.

A general outline of goals, plans, or storylines to pursue:
Rise the ranks of House Misrim. Enrich the dwarfs. Improve the standing of the Silverforges. Find a cure for lycanthropy. Hide the curse from others (particularly dwarfs). Lycanthropy will be used more as plot device rather than mechanics for pvp/pve.
