Spiffy & Emoteen - Sentinel Promo

I'm proposing to bump them both up, as our first two members to get a bit of leadership into the faction especially have we have another lower level app going through and we said the time spent at the lower level should be minimal anyway.

Both active, both involved in lots of stuff.

I'd also lean toward make them compete for it somehow to build a rivalry (friendly or otherwise).

Feels a little too soon? Hasn’t it only been 5 days. They should accomplish something first. I’m all for a low bar too get past Sentinel, but there’s levels.

I assumed people wouldn't spend more than a week or two at initiate, hence the mundanity of the Initiate Cloak. As for the other stuff, it's more powerful than the standard platinum equipment, I thought?

I guess my thinking was a little "OOC" with regards to getting a structure of PC Sentinels (these two) and Initiates (Lunatic) quickly to give it some balance, but not that bothered either way.
