Specific perks = well hes a gold dragon touched. and looking to be a Justiciar knight that worships Tyr and a squire in the Knights Samular.
Goals = Floki is on his final quest to become a full Justiciar in the order of Samular. His mentor knows that although he outwardly appears to be humble he is extremly racist against anyone no dragonborn and needs to learn to treat all people the same. He needs to find humility and patience. So his quest is to set up a judicial system in the chaotic realm of the free city of Arabel so that the law of tyr can evolve into a complete judiciary system.
