Don't even get how lag could have caused it, but not heard of it since.

Alright, its the last two lines that confused me. The VFX lasts 9 seconds, but the effect is good for the duration 2 rounds per caster level.

I was being somewhat confounded by how it interacts with dispel (it doesn't) when trying to use it.

@TheMinionOfArabel Who knows, its been in there the whole time. So I left it there trusting whoever did put it in understood what they were doing. Shouldn't matter, eventually here, Spiffy will have rebalanced all the bard songs anyway - so they can all be found a little more readily.
