@Swifty-Willownall I honestly don't know where they actually posted it beyond possibly in the thread where the disaster happened or in the changelog in announcements.

@Zolm
I'm a par time player. I love to play sarcastic characters or very happy and good characters.
I used to love making my characters go mad from their adventuring (All things considered you'd have to have balls of steel to be adventurer considering all the horrors about in this world.)

RE: A redressing of the Death Penalty and Cleric Raises
@Swifty-Willownall Mate. The respawn penalty is 25%. I am not respawning upon death anymore either.

RE: A redressing of the Death Penalty and Cleric Raises
@Echo Considering we just lost another player to the death penalty what's the update on finally lowering it BACK to the PREVIOUS percentage of 15% so we don't look like we might as well whitelight your PC and start over for all the shit you lose?

A sight of unity among rivals
A curious sight to many was seen by the Northgate today as one Delzuld retainer seemed to disregard any and all decorum to practically tackle a Braerwinter retainer in a fierce hug.
Some whisper of forbidden lovers reunited and others of old adventuring colleagues reuniting after what must've been a harrowing adventurer gone wrong.

RE: A redressing of the Death Penalty and Cleric Raises
To not derail the discussion (it's how we got to the current situation of death penalty being high and everyone disagreeing on how to fix it)
I just want that penalty lowered as in-between solution.

RE: A redressing of the Death Penalty and Cleric Raises
@Dire-Rabbit 'To bring back this lost soul to this earthly tether requires proof that there is room for him yet on this plane, and thus I require of you each that you dedicate part of yourself to him, to see to his restoration with all your will and soul. To restore this cherished colleague or friend, let us gather and see if he will return, if he will respond when called upon and made to see that his time is not yet upon him.'
Or something?

RE: Remove this Arch IN the Lizardfolk Quest
Can confirm that getting shoved into the arch of death is death.

A redressing of the Death Penalty and Cleric Raises
If you die you get reset back to the start of whatever level you're at. So you still do lose exp, and the penalty scales with level because you need more and more exp for each higher level. But it's not CRIPPLING lost exp, and if you happen to die twice or three times in a row, you aren't penalized extra for it. And I think we've evolved past "people raising to grief other players" because, I mean, you'll just get yourself banned. Could make it so cleric raises make you lose 0 exp, but they cost money. Get rid of ressurection, just have raise dead. (Since that's the max a PC cleric can do anyways.) The benefit of a PC cleric being 1. Roleplay. 2. The money goes back into the player market and not the NPC void, 3. Travel vs stationary temples. -Swifty
Just wanted to put this on here to at least make the DM team aware that at least 5 players would like to redress the decisions made in response to THIS post.
