Seems to be fixed. Watched a group get slaughtered complete it today.
Still need to figure out why the dwarf you are to rescue didnt spawn on her own.

You can no longer drop the Fugue Robe but other items can still be dropped.

No, they were missing the "no drop" property. I already changed it.
