Issue Location: Boss room of quest
Quest Name: Frozen War
Issue Description: Last room of the quest has insane spawns compared to the initial room. Easily 30+ Frozen Warriors and the same Arbalists.

I'll tone down the spawns, or adjust how you can approach the quest.
