Not a bug.
They have been removed from potion shops. They are being added to Prestige Shops. I think they are also being added to certain findable places.

I noticed this, the descriptiong is VERY outdated.

SF/GSF applies a duration boost according to the scripts.
Trying to confirm what the actual situation is.

Apparently I just needed to stare at it longer. Found the issue. s/b fixed v7448. Currently only oak shields are available.

Is moving slowly up the list.
