Personally I am of the opinion, you likely know what you're taking blood from(in rare cases, people would still label them, players may also take it upon themselves not to know). And odds are has enough blood to fill a vial even if you are terrible at it.
But if it's inconvenient, might be worth exploring if dms would make an item to place blood stains (within reason)

Average crafter will be uninterested, assuming there isn't higher end crafting materials to be found.
Will just keep it as peeps perma invising through stuff, until oozes are in the mix
I agree with shark.
A change I would have in mind is mobs providing more xp vs end quest(though that would be cool too)
There is a certain level of excitement that comes with getting significant bits of xp from mobs/spawns that add up.
This would make exploring far more encouraging for later levels.
Would add excitement in a different way to events.
People would be incentivized to not invis/stealth through quests. (I don’t do this but it does happen)
Store is bugged, no longer grants access to pure rogues.

I'm all for keeping things IC and having OOC courtesy. That said if any metagaming occurs, be sure to discuss with an admin so it can be handled appropriately. We all make mistakes and love talking about the game through discord and sometimes someone may need a reminder.
The sending system is a significant tool for hero and villain alike. To devise plans to lure and defeat your enemies! Not to mention the political benefits of impersonating others pcs or one of my personal favorites, NPCS! Let's work together to keep things in check best we can for the sake of fun. If that requires a specific mention within the rules then I am all for it but I would say it falls under metagaming.

True! But it is fair to say they likely will have something else of worth. That said, most villains I come across take far less in consideration to how much risk they take. Gold is easily replaced. The real takeaway is the intriguing conflict and story that comes as a result. Many villains have different motives, not always coin. But this is a generic instance. Dario wanted only to plant maggots for example.

There is! There is the risk of losing the pvp, the target escaping, or ending in a draw. And the bandit losing makes for a fun story as well. Even if they "win" gold is not worth the risk they take.
If a bank is required to venture out in fear of being looted dry then OOC courtesy is more so needed to be addressed. Personally I’m not on board with the banks in trying to prevent pvp looting. It would lead to whoever you are conflicting with(if they were interested) to likely take something even more important. Such as armor, weapons, consumables as everyone would visit the bank before leaving and I can see that leading to even worse IC/OOC experiences. There is also a lot of risk with banditry that should be considered. Everyone likes hunting a good ole bandit.
One of the reasons Shark’s wererat was awesome was because all Eris took from winning pvp was 250 coins. An idea that would be less likely to occur with a bank. I think it may be important that if you are conflicting with someone IC to talk to the player about each others expectations in effort of being courteous and having fun.
As for storage I would suggest testing out the claimable bases and following up with the dm team with any suggestions.
