Yeah agreed the quests are stale and overdone. If some more interesting / challenging quests were added it would achieve both goals of RP and XP. People are sick and tired of Rping about the same old quests for the 200th time and just want to get it over with for the meagre XP reward.

If you want players to be level 8 then cap it there otherwise add some more fulfilling end game content for serious gamers.

I understand you've got a vision for the server though we've been asking for the old quest ports/harder content for ages and it's just not there. With two fellow 8s I was able to do any quest on the server.

I understand these things take time and can be a lot of work though I believe you'd find ample volunteers to help

This, people seeing that stuff on discord is a lot more likely to make them log in. I’d suggest changing the guidelines for what you are allowed to shouting about to mitigate any issues and use the voice where you can.

Lately a lot of people have been screen shorting them and posting them to discord but it’s more work and stuff gets missed

@joekickass yea I agree with this, add some more scary creatures like beholders in the underground tunnel/stone lands. Add bodaks to deadwell etc etc and have these scary fellas drop a decent bounty item

Big scary sewer quest would be nice ya 7-10 with some nasty were rats or slaad

@onlylobo Yeah it would be ideal if instead of adding prestige values, they'd be something they players could make use of. rather than leave on the floor or discard into the chest for some paltry points.

90% of current quest loot aside from consumables is being farmed for prestige, I'd suggest tweaking some of the quest loot to make it more useful to players while at the same time removing the prestige value from a lot of things. At the moment prestige is shockingly easy to get ahold of.

@echo Don't get me wrong the Maticore is great, just saying an add on to the sewers would be neat!

With the increased player numbers I think it would be nice to have a bigger sewer area for the shady types/exploration close to the city. I recall the effluvial lake from before was quite nice.

I'd also suggest adding another Inn with a more central location, when I first started playing Arabel there were a number of Inns.. The tired Traveler, Wild Goose and so on. It would provide another alternative aside from the ultra luxe Falcons Rest. Also, the Kings Plaza is currently sort of a walk though area, it would be nice to have a central hub there.
