HP Damage When Leveling

Recording this here so I do not lose track of trying to track down what's causing this.
No script in the module appears to cause this (searched for the specific phrase its sending to the player); is there something anyone knows of in Resman?
In the future, there are two simple rules to remember:
NO SPITTING.
DO NOT CROSS MISTER MOLOCH.
