- Consider giving those beautiful pearls and underwater gems that can already be found some value beyond the 5 or 6 gp they seem to tend to be worth (e.g., a bump in gp-value, some added pp-value, or value as a crafting component). Some might perhaps also have a few charges for cantrips.
-
- Mosaic of the sunken city: Fragments of a larger mosaic depicting the outlines of a wondrous sunken city (or another underwater area). Each one is worth 25 pp.
Optional extension: If one tiny fragment is used on another tiny fragment, create a small fragment. Use a small fragment on another small fragment to create a medium fragment. Use two medium fragments to create a large one; and two large ones to created a substantial one. Two substantial ones to create a major fragment. Merge two major ones, to finally grasp the whole mosaic/picture and get a clue or access to a special quest area that can be opened by consuming the mosaic.
In this example, this would require a total of 64 tiny fragments - but drops could of course also include larger pieces. Except for the last step (to open… and create the area), the scripting involved would appear to be simple (?).
