Can’t scribe lesser fire storm spell

Tried to scribe it and it wouldn’t let me cast the spell on a blank scroll

Whichever DM does this will have to add it to the custom Imbuing System.

@prof-misclick It may already be there - it's just the spell can't be cast on items, so you can't even attempt to make it.
