Allow clerics with travel and portal domain to make maps!

As the title says, it would be a nice roleplay perk for the travel and portal domains.

This is a great idea. Have to look in to how it could be done.

the use limitations are set on the item, not in the script itself

You cant set domains on an item, sadly.

I'll let @Zool figure out a way to add it in the script :)
