Cartography tools (not working)

the description says nothing about requirements- Oh I'm late.. Well I went through all the trouble of putting it up you can have the screenie dammit XD -
@Echo So do the tools now require the additional items mentioned by Listen4silence or is it now a stand alone item that will make the map on its own when used?

Until I work it out (might be this version, might not be) you will need the extra items.

2 scripts were missing for the mapping tool

They still do not work after the reset.

do you have ink, paper, quill, and the tools? or just the tools? or some other combo?

I tried yesterday, albeit with a rogue umd-ing the tools. He had paper, ink, quill and tools. It didn't appear to work when tested in Historic district

was anything changed on the items themselves? Could be he needs new ones?
