Time: https://www.timeanddate.com/Issue Description: The item "Cartography Tools" does not function in accordance to its description, when used on the placeable "Map of Historic District" the Cartography Tools' description, appearance, name and function appear unchanged.
Addendum: A further test was conducted with a different set, bought from Yvonne's general store, used upon the map of King's Plaza Marker with the same result.

Most likely! Do you recall the exact name of the items?

Then that should be put into the description because it says it has everything a cartographer would need.

@Puffy Dug through some old exports and found the items in Barrett's bags: "Quill Pen" "Ink Well" and pretty sure it was "Sheet of Paper" (didn't have an example of that) to draw on.
Iirc - You needed all three in your pack to use the tools to start a map by clicking on an area's POI. After that an unfinished map-item was created in inventory for that area, afterwards to continue mapping you'd just need Ink Well and Quill Pen along with map tools.

@Echo So do the tools now require the additional items mentioned by Listen4silence or is it now a stand alone item that will make the map on its own when used?

Until I work it out (might be this version, might not be) you will need the extra items.

I tried yesterday, albeit with a rogue umd-ing the tools. He had paper, ink, quill and tools. It didn't appear to work when tested in Historic district

was anything changed on the items themselves? Could be he needs new ones?
