Large Spider Venom not generating the item in inventory

Issue Description: When crafting the item Large Spider Venom the crafting tables consume the reagents, give out the xp, and prompt an "aquired item" message, but the item itself does not get put into my inventory.

Tried on multiple benches with the same result, tried other venoms and they worked correctly.
