You can still do this and go below level 4.

You can still get the -3000xp penalty and THAT drops you below level 4?
Because dying/respawning cannot drop you below level 4.
I intend to remove the script that hits you with the 3kxp penalty soon(tm).

Issue Description:
Same old story. I do the quest, get the reward (gp, not xp), and try to take it again.
Can't, and it penalizes me.
Odd thing is that when i try it again, it makes fun of me for being low level.
However, when I log in my char from yesterday, since when a reset happened, it refuses me with a proper conversation instead. (Something along the thanks for help lines.) -

Then it's working properly

No, it isn't.
It should refuse me if i try again before the reset and let me take it if I try to take it again before another reset.
It goes the other way around, resulting in the XP substraction bug. -
