The extra merchant in Collinwood says that I do not have any prestige in Bospir (which is true, but should be inconsequential), therefore won't let me buy the cloak, which is not nice of him.
It should need Collinwood prestige, really.

8774, there wasn't a reset since I wrote and experienced this.

Baldrick Spiffolio in the Historic destrict won't offer me his store due to inventory checking.
I'm told that it might have something to do with me being a subrace and variables needing a fix.

As of 8774, this still doesn't work.

@Mr-Moloch I missed 8769, it is 8771 now, but I am still missing my spell slot, sadly.
