Closing as not a bug related to CoA.
Iirc this was user error. Player selected the wrong domains.
I forgot to close it.
there are no 'hidden stuff' triggers in that area calling it a fluke
just tested ig, fix worked
just tested it IG with a PC and it worked just fine. best guess is you've already found this one ig previously and forgot
the team will look at adding a "you've already found this" message for the future
