price reduced v8621 they had previously been changed in the palette but not the general store, idk
tbh the badger is dumb op for a level 1 summons, but i adjusted to rat to be less weak

v8621 adjusted spawns fixed loot waypoints (hopefully)
was missing onuse property fixed 8621 discard any old ones - they wont work
