SF/GSF applies a duration boost according to the scripts.
Trying to confirm what the actual situation is.

Reduces all cultists to max 1 per encounter, raised to 7-10, tweaked loot

@gdardog This is useful, I suspect it is correctly finding the target player, and, as they are standing up and awake in the fugue, saying "they aren't subdued!"

Which is good, because that should be an easy fix.

Requires a custom feat to be created instead of the harper one.
