Collinwood prestige store claims to be in Bospir.

The extra merchant in Collinwood says that I do not have any prestige in Bospir (which is true, but should be inconsequential), therefore won't let me buy the cloak, which is not nice of him.
It should need Collinwood prestige, really.

@AronFF A screenshot isn't necessary - but the name of the NPC is pretty important to finding the right thing to fix.

Right, I hate making this difficult since its a tiny bug -- but this is his conversation:

It also seems to be a different conversation than the one you copied, as it says yes where yours says no.

It's probably replaced by some script in relation to the prestige sytem?

@AronFF Got it. The yellow error is from a script and not one of the conversation files. I know what the issue is now. A variable needs to be changed on the NPC. Thanks!
