Just to confirm this is now working as of 8228

Not sure if their are any hidden alignment requirements for this song, when casting nothing appears to happen.

Just tried reequipping my amour, might have fixed it.

No Issues yesterday but it was pretty consistent with the fail failure (without shield) today.

Here is my armour - I tend to unequip and reequip my shield for buffs.

Without shield:

With shield: (Which I expect some fail risk if equipped)

Unequipped and reequipped a few times to see if any changes happened but no change.

Issue Description:
Been getting arcane spell failure quite often with my Bard wearing medium armour.

This has happened after I've unequipped my shield so I'm not sure why its happening?

Been happening over the last couple of nights, Bard Song including 'default' and a number of others aren't buffing team mates.

Tried relogging, waiting for a reset and @Zool was more than happy to kill me to see if that works.
