Issue Description: I crafted a medicine bag via alchemy. When using it on a PC, it 'uses' but doesn't do anything. There is no healing roll and no effect from the bag.

Either it's single and the mechanic is wrong. Or it's AoE and the description is wrong. Not important which one, just reporting that they need to match.
