Major Hak Update CEP 3.3 Bug reports

This is a thread to report bugs with the Hak Update on January 11, 2023.

Appearances are mostly the issue here, but the following can also be reported:

1. Spell Issues.
2. Skill Issues such as bards, rangers, and fighters not receiving appropriate skills/feats.
3. Tileset issues such as Tessaril's Tower still not working.
4. Random Cthulu Appearances.

Bard has lost the custom spell progression it seems.
Level 9:

Can still see the spells known in my radial menu, so at least that's not gone.

Area: Arabel: Oldflower Estate & Arabel: Oldflower Estate, Caverns

Issue: A lot of the placeables in the estate are missing i.e. flora around the memorial, on the pillars & around the stag statue, the wine racks in the cellar, the collapsed wall in the cellar, the tables and broken furniture in the caverns, the bushes and rocks in the caverns, the rock that was behind the secret in the caverns. Upstairs there are missing desks, bookshelves, dividers, beds and carpets. Also, in the picture below is a feather that used to be white, which is significant as far as I know.

The storage chest is also gone >_>

Some NPCs are missing their heads. E.g., Lana Wetton in the Historic.

Class: Barbarian

Issue: Barbs only get 1 rage per rest. Default rage seems to be the modified version for CoA.

All the rugs in the Misrim estate are gone.
The visual effect on my morningstar went from purple to red.
Misrim Butler's head is different now (bald)
Tilverton merchant NPC 'Filani of Tantras' has a cyclops head.
My plague rat summons are completely white.

Summon Themes:

Air Circle 4, Huge Air Elemental, Correct Model but no Animations

Vermin 3, Gargauntuan Centipede, Is not Gargantuan (May not be a bug, well, it is a bug, but may infact be the correct bug. An Unbugged Bug)

Will edit with more as I get the slots to check all the ones I have access to.
