Arabel: Deprie Estate missing prestige merchant

The merchant that sells bags, etc for prestige is missing . It was Alister Deprie, Regular merchant seems fine.

@Mr-Moloch - happened after my cosmetic changes in resman. He was behind the table.

When logging in as a DM there are 2no of the NPCs in the screenshot, too.

@folklore Did you delete one of the two NPCs that stood by the chest? Based on the amount of prestige in the system, the scripts delete one of the two. If you delete one first, it may delete the one you left.
