Unable to mine anymore

Tried to go mining today and my gem chisel no longer worked. I got the following error:

This Hewer it is nowhere in game. Is it possible it should be called a Hewer's Tool by any chance? Either way, I looked through NPC merchants and even a few of the prestige stores. Nothing.

Could it pleased be added to the general store? Most of the tools are in there already. The woodcutter's hatchet and light miner's pick could be removed while at it, they don't work.

@TheMinionOfArabel I tried to fix a problem with the prestige Pick Axe called Hewer not working. The system is strangely designed to check names, not a variable or prestige but this means I'm a lot closer to a fix and can probably resolve this today with luck but its baffling it broke the chisel.

Still bork.
Still getting the message about the hewer while trying to use the chisel.
I can't test the miner's pick, its a martial weapon. And havent seen it IG in a while.

@TheMinionOfArabel I figured out why its not in game, working on a fix there.

I'll get back at it with this. :( The fix should have worked though. Very annoyed by this.
