Justiciar prestige chest, store and NPC missing

As of the reset this morning the Justiciar prestige chest and NPC with the store are missing from the Old Gate

@Mr-Moloch The sign isnt interactable with and has no description currently

@V-Rage Gotcha, that's a bug then! Its in the Palace now, didn't make sense to keep it in the Old Gate when you're not "opposing" the Black Wheel, so made sense to move it closer to home.
