The mine shaft in the Phosphorent Caves read as if its a transition, However due to a dirt patch there it is inacessable

Despite setting charges in the imbue limit and charges it only gives the option of 0 charges

Not certain if there is meant to be a skill check when you use the telescope to find out more but currently there isnt

Yes the ruins im talking about are inacessable

I presume you've been in the snaking tunnels which arent Netherese or Draconic

With the Stonelands ruins being inacessable there arent enough language nodes to learn Draconic or Netherse as there was a mirror in Nemesger that was a draconic node that could be used several times and those ruins are inacessable now

There were also several Netherese Nodes around the Stonelands ruins that are inacessable

The telescope in the tower in the deosil is bugged in that you can't initiate the conversation with it.

I've seen Eidan manage to do it once but then no one could find the correct angle to use it themselves
