Not certain if there is meant to be a skill check when you use the telescope to find out more but currently there isnt

When Eidan managed to make the previous broken one work he seemed to find a knowledge arcana check

The telescope in the tower in the deosil is bugged in that you can't initiate the conversation with it.

I've seen Eidan manage to do it once but then no one could find the correct angle to use it themselves

The Azure Shards found in some of the DMless event dungeons dont have charges so people who may want to cant cast the spells from them

Pretty sure water elementals should only do cold damage not cold and acid. This was on the Helmlands elemental quest, but the spawns were just called water elemental

The door to the temple of Tymora in the historic district is locked, so you cant enter the temple
