Gaoler's glade not upgrading properly

Issue Description: Glade has over 1000pp but the Gaoler spirit still has initial / fully drained conversation script. Also, animal companion (if any) doesn't show up.

Wasnt working a few hours ago when Gregor went with Ceptus and Schwip

unless the server needs a reset that hasnt occured yet
