Birchwood trees

A friendly reminder that Birchwood trees were found in the mountains that no longer exist. I think Moloch wanted to move them somewhere.

I suggest the Birch Tree and the Ice Lotus be moved to the Stormlands. They were exclusive to the cold mountain areas.
Unless we have other "mountain" terrain we could move them to? Mountain planting zone will need to be added as well.

If someone wants to rebuild the south horn that would be a good place for then. We have one mountain area but I my need to connect it somewhere else since I doubt anyone has ever visited it yet.

@Mr-Moloch I was just in the (wailing slopes?) again to check for things and there were no spawns of plants or the like. A handful of monsters spawned in various locations. I also checked the southhorns before and there were no birch trees.
I'm open to helping rebuild southhorns, maybe we can connect to ensure I set off with proper instructions and come back with something that isn't chaotic unusable mess...

@Mr-Moloch 8340v Birch trees should be back in the module, tree planting areas will be in at least two different areas (South Horn and Wailing Slopes). Mountain plants should also be appearing in the Wailing Slopes again.

@Mr-Moloch Ran the entire wailing slopes (server version 8840) there was 1 birch tree and no other plant/resource spawns in the rest of the zone/area. Not sure if Ice Lotus was planned for adding back in, but it would make sense in there as well.
