Enter High Hunt Quest area without taking the quest

So apparently I can access the quest area without having actually taken the quest. Im able to enter the quest and from what I can tell? (Ive never actually done this quest) the quest seems to function normally.
I was able to solo it (heavy consumable use). and my quest log updated about a dead missing noble.

I try to take the quest after having completed it and I get called a cheater.
But I am not cheating, i am reporting this bug for you.

@jalafoon 8332 fixed - thanks for the update, this was an old bug we thought was fixed and hadn't been.
