Arabel east gate shop merchant shop sign not displaying properly

Issue Description: Merchant stall sign does not include any of the description text from the store.

Despite fixing the shop and being under new ownership this sign for Rifira's shop location is still broken / missing store description (says this shop is for hire when it is not, no description showing).

@Emoteen Tried a fix involving moving the sign closer - you may have to try to reset the description. I'm literally guessing what the problem is, but its probable that the sign was just too far from its NPC.

@Mr-Moloch It was fixed in this latest version (8783). Did get the following when putting items into the store, but they did show up in there:
