@Valkyrie they were and one time Puffy broke it trying to fix something and nobody ever reported it again - I have been lv10 for over half a year so I havent noticed till now that was still going on

They are manifestations of remnant sorcerer power letting you view the dreams of the deceased sorcerers- honestly, they should have a dialogue, I just can't remember what it was supposed to be.

Not a bug - and probably should redesign this quest. As an homage to a faction people knew about - its cool - when players don't know it, its just a "wtf is this?"
